Any day that starts off with a trailer for a new Spike Jonze flick can’t be all bad. The film, Her, is Jonze’s first foray into sci-fi, but seeing as his movies are always pretty cerebral it seems pretty in sync with his body of work. In the movie Joaquin Phoenix stars as Theodore Twombly, a lonely divorcee who falls in love with Samantha, his artificial intelligent operating system voiced by the gravelly tonsils of Scarlett Johansson. Amy Adams, Olivia Wilde, Chris Pratt and Rooney Mara also star in Her, which is set for a November 20 release.
